Philadelphia Renovation: Demolition & Framing
After meeting with the contractor and reviewing construction drawings together, we have begun the demolition and started framing the main walls. During demolition, we found a lot of unexpected pipes, uneven walls, and structural conditions that impact renovation. Luckily, we were able to be on site to resolve those problems and we ensure collaboration on the more difficult areas with the Contractor, Engineer, and Interior Designer to make sure all of us were on the same page.
