Philadelphia Delancey St. Renovation: Site Visit
This Delancey Street townhouse was recently occupied by a lovely couple. Unfortunately, they are living in a house that doesn’t quite meet their day to day lifestyle. That is where the SGA team came in to listen and to discuss options as how this space could be organized and tailored to match their lifestyle. Instead of merely residing in this space, we proposed a design that gives them the freedom to experience their daily joys to the fullest.
With a hard deadline for the beginning of summer, the project is being rapidly pushed forward while continuing to press on in detail and precision.
